Weight Loss Guide for 2012
These are the guidelines I will be following to help me lose weight in 2012.
- Water fast every sunday. Fasting one day a week has shown to have amazing health benefits, including permanent weight loss.
- Drink exclusively water and tea.
- No artificial sweeteners - splenda/crystal lite/diet sodas.
- Eat a high protein diet with minimal carbohydrates - maximum 2-3 servings of starchy carbs a day. No bread, pasta, rice or cereal at all though.
- Exercise every single day for at least 20 minutes.
- No eating after 7:30 pm.
- Weigh-in frequently, measurements once a month.
