Not an amazing month, but good. This month I took around 18 doses of phentermine (diet pill) so that helped, but I will no longer be taking them as of September 1st.
Goals for September:
- Lose at least 10 lbs.
- Exercise daily - incorporate both weights and cardio.
- No eating after 8PM.
- Maximum 1200 cals a day - preferably under 1000.
- Eat carbohydrates very rarely.
- Eat HEALTHY
- No artificial sweeteners/diet coke/crystal lite
