This was a horrible month for weight loss, bleh. I gained and lost and lost less than 5lbs total, major disappointment. I need to eat lower cal and go back to eating far less carbohydrates.
Goals for August:
- Lose at least 20lbs.
- Exercise daily - incorporate both weights and cardio.
- No eating after 8PM.
- Maximum 1200 cals a day - preferably under 1000.
- Eat carbohydrates very rarely.
