&lt;p&gt;Yesterday was a major cheat day and I gained a pound. Today was better, but far from perfect, far too many randoms snacks. I will aim for a cleaner diet and more exercise in the coming week. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Since May 1st, I&amp;#8217;ve lost 14.6 pounds in 11 days. Not bad at all, just need to keep it up and need to stay motivated even though the weight loss is slowing dow.
