MOTIVATION

Yesterday was a major cheat day and I gained a pound. Today was better, but far from perfect, far too many randoms snacks. I will aim for a cleaner diet and more exercise in the coming week.
Since May 1st, I’ve lost 14.6 pounds in 11 days. Not bad at all, just need to keep it up and need to stay motivated even though the weight loss is slowing dow. How have you all been doing in May?

- 1 slice of whole grain toast with all natural hazelnut/almond butter + 1 packet splenda
- 1 smoothie: 2 cups kale, 2 cups peaches, 1 cup coconut water, 1 cup water, 1 banana
- 1 green Apple
- 1 small bowl Quinoa, tomatoe, feta, red onion, spinach Salad with olive oil and lemon juice dressing
- 1 giant cucumber slices + bowl of Carrots w/ 2tbs hummus
- 1/2 smoothie: banana, strawberry, milk
- 1 180g bag of dates (~600 cals)
- 1 wrap (1 whole grain mini wrap, carrots, lettuce, red onion, feta cheese, hummus, mustard, cucumber, tomatoe)
- 1 small bowl of popcorn
- 2 granola bars
- 1 slice of whole grain toast with all natural hazelnut/almond butter + 1 packet of splenda

- 3 peices of chicken with bbq sauce
- sweet potatoe fries with homemade greek yogurt garlice sauce
