MOTIVATION

Yesterday was a major cheat day and I gained a pound. Today was better, but far from perfect, far too many randoms snacks. I will aim for a cleaner diet and more exercise in the coming week.
Since May 1st, I’ve lost 14.6 pounds in 11 days. Not bad at all, just need to keep it up and need to stay motivated even though the weight loss is slowing dow. How have you all been doing in May?

This weel was a complete fail, and a very puzzling one. This week I ate leaps and bounds healthier than last week, was eating far below maintenance, and exercised more (albeit, only twice). I’m disappointed and at the weight I’m at this is a bit odd, but hopefully next week will show better results. Like I’ve said in another post, weight loss is not linear. I will continue being consistent, exercise more and be even more vigilant with weighing and measuring food. I won’t be throwing in the towel just yet!

Hey all! So far so good the last 3 days. No pounds down though which is extremely strange. Maybe too much protein so I didn’t have a shake today, just a protein pop. Hopefully I see some weight loss next week all at once. I have heard weight loss isn’t necessarily linear, it has always been for me so this is a bit odd. How is everyone?
